Steel Toe safety footwear protects the wearer’s toes in impact and compression situations. The steel toe cap will absorb up to 75 ft. lbs. of impact and up to 2,500 lbs of compression. Steel toe safety shoes are required by OSHA in areas where employees are exposed to injury as a result of falling or rolling objects. Steel toe safety footwear marked EAA (Engineered Aluminum Alloy) meet ASTM F2413-05 I/75 C/75 standards for toe impact and compression while remaining durable and lightweight.

All steel toe shoes meet or exceed ASTM F2413-05 I/75 C/75 standards.

Composite Toe safety footwear contains non-metallic safety toe caps. These safety shoes perform like a steel toe safety shoe except that it weighs less, generally 30% less, and are great for electronic security work environments.

Composite toe safety footwear meets or exceeds ASTM F2413-05 I/75 C/75 standards.

Conductive safety footwear protects against the hazards of static electricity build-up. They are intended to protect the wearer in an environment where the accumulations of static electricity on the body is hazardous. Conductive safety shoes are to be worn in hazardous work environments that deal with explosives, flammable liquids, and flammable gases. Conductive safety shoes meet the ASTM F2413-05 CD requirements.

CAUTION: These shoes should not be worn by people working near open electrical circuits.

Electrical Hazard safety footwear is designed to protect the wearer from open electrical circuits of 600 volts or less under dry conditions. Electrical hazard safety shoes are often needed in maintenance, welding and engineering positions. Electrical hazard safety shoes meet ASTM F2413-05 EH requirements.

CAUTION: These shoes should not be worn in explosive or hazardous areas where conductive footwear is required.

Metatarsal Guard safety footwear with metatarsal guards is designed to protect both the toes and the metatarsal bones behind the toes. Metatarsal guard safety shoes are required in any environment where injuries can occur to the metatarsal bones. They are most commonly used in foundries, welding, air product distributions and other heavy manufacturing.

Metatarsal guard safety shoes meet ASTM F2413-05 MT/75 requirements. Both internal and external metatarsal guard safety footwear are available.

Postal Certified safety footwear have been manufactured according to USPS 89 and meet sole slip resistance (ASTM F489), domestic source end product, water resistance (ASTM D 2099) requirements; and ASTM 2413-05 standards for protective fotwear.

These safety shoes are certified by the US Postal Service and Department of Navy, Navy Clothing and Textile Research Facility.

Puncture Resistant safety footwear contains a midsole which is designed to reduce the hazards of puncture wounds caused by sharp objects penetrating the sole. Puncture resistance safety shoes are constructed with a flexible steel midsole that lies completely underneath the foot. Puncture resistant safety footwear is often used in landfills, medical, construction and maintenance work environments.

Puncture resistant safety shoes meet ASTM F2413-05 PR requirements.

Static Dissipative safety footwear protects against the hazards of static buildup in the workplace. Static dissipative safety shoes are used in the manufacturing of computer components, solvents based paints, explosives and plastics.
Static dissipative safety shoes meet the ASTM F2413-05 SD standard of 1-100 megohms.

Slip Resistant safety footwear is designed and constructed with outsole compounds that reduce the risk of slips and falls in the workplace. Slip resistant safety shoes are used in wet, oily and/or greasy work environments such as restaurants and hospitals. While there are no governmental regulations currently creating slip resistant standards, our slip resistant styles meet or exceed current industry recognized guidelines.

Waterproof shoes and boots have been treated to prevent the penetration of water.
